{ Just Be You }

Sometimes I am inspired by a sentiment, sometimes by a die cut or image, and sometimes by patterned paper.

This time it was the patterned paper. Check this Moxxie 'Glamour Girl' paper out:

I have three words for you...FAB. U. LOUS!

I immediately thought of my Paisley cart, with its cute Girly images and phrases. So, here's my Card:

I cut my hair dryer shadow as large as I could to fit on a 5 X 7 Card. The shadows on this cart are enormous! I cut my hair dryer on purple shimmer paper, which, btw, cuts divinely on the Cricut.

I chose not to cut some of the layers on the hair dryer itself, but left the "cut outs" for effect. The sentiment is not from that particular cut, but I really liked the message, especially for a teen or a tween.

I added a little bling, and that is it! Cute, huh?

Thanks for stopping by!

  1. that is such a cute way to use that cut Molly. I noticed that about the shadows on paisley as well, I wonder why they made them so big? Anyway, your card is fab.

  2. Adorable Molly! That paper is just perfect! I don't know why the shadows on some of the new carts are so huge. Bugs me. I scaled mine down on my BTB2 card from Sweet Treats as well. Not sure if the Heidi Grace paper is REALLY new, just new to me! LOL Got it at JoAnn's. Thanks for the sweet comment on my blog! xxD
